I started following a keto diet two weeks ago and read in the reviews that this product worked great on keto. I didn't know what to expect but thought I'd give it a try. I have been taking it every morning before breakfast for the past week, within 3 days I could feel a dramatic difference in how I feel and my weight loss. I don't think this is a weight loss product but I do think it's helped boost the effects my keto diet.
